Whether in your personal or professional life, embrace every opportunity. Reach out with purpose and grab hold. Attack each possibility with determination and tenacity. Hold on for as long and as far as your strength will take you. Embrace the challenge. And if something slips out of your grasp, or you lose a part of yourself in the pursuit, remember this. Leadership

Being a true leader means recognizing the power of blending in and moving subtly within your environment. You need not always stand out to make an impact. Leadership is not defined by constant presence, but by the ability to guide, influence, and inspire others to carry the vision forward. Therefore, the truest measure of a leader is, ironically, revealed when they are no longer there. Does their influence persist in their absence? Does the vision live on in the actions of the team? That is where the success of a leader is truly measured.
